  • Dr. Asif Farooqui provides care for people who are 18 plus and had Cardiac related  diseases such as hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, coronary artery disease, pulmonary related diseases as emphysema, chronic obstructive disease, asthma, interstitial lung disease, gastrointestinal diseases related to esophagus, stomach, liver, intestinal, colon, rectum, renal diseases as kidney failure,  kidney stones, prostrate related issues, hormonal diseases,  such as thyroid disorders diabetes, pancreas, metabolic disorders, high cholesterol, immunological diseases, neurological diseases as stroke, neuropathy, seizures, musculoskeletal disorders as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, skin related disorders and infectious diseases.
  • His clinic hours are Monday through Friday 10 AM to 4 PM. He also admits patients at a nearby community Munster hospital, which is one of the state of art facilities close to his clinic. He’s available to all his patients 24X seven.
